Dr Wayne Lotherington is an author, speaker, advisor to business, government and media, Founder and CEO of a global business and originator of the concept of the “creative habit”.

Wayne ’s career began in Education in Australia and then moved to Marketing Communication. He spent 18 years in advertising in Australia , Singapore and Hong Kong before starting his own consulting business, Allsorts Habit Creation, in 1999. His company now has offices in Australia , Singapore , China , France and the USA , and clients in 62 cities across 40 countries.

Wayne holds a degree in Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Education, an MBA and a PhD in the field of Business Creativity. He has lectured at Monash University at both under-graduate and post-graduate levels. He holds the position of Associate Professor of Creativity and Innovation at Rushmore University . Two of Wayne ’s programmes have also been adopted by the Auckland University of Technology and the Singapore Management University .
